Hari Achuthan – Chairman and CEO

Hari Achuthan is the founder, Chairman and CEO of ACO Investment Group, an alternative investment management firm that owns Convalt Energy LLC (“Convalt”). Convalt was also founded by Hari Achuthan to develop a global renewable Independent Power Producer (“IPP”). Prior to founding ACO, Hari was a Director in the Alternative Investments group from April 2009 until April 2010 at Credit Suisse Asset Management covering hedge fund, real estate and private equity strategies. Hari also lead the global pension strategy and transition management business at Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC since 2004.

During his career at Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Credit Suisse consistently ranked among the top providers of pension strategies and transition management. Hari Achuthan was named one of the “Rising Stars in Public Pensions” by Money Management Letter and selected as one of the emerging leaders in Credit Suisse Asset Management in 2009. He enjoys an excellent reputation and credibility in the financial market. He has established a good track record of leadership, management and entrepreneurship.

A 1994 graduate of Hofstra University in Applied Economics, Hari is also an alumnus of Hofstra University Football. Hari has also volunteered with Jacksonville Police Athletic League, is a frequent guest lecturer at Louisiana State University School of Business in addition to authoring articles and papers on the transition management industry, some of which have been published in Pensions & Investments and Institutional Investor magazines. Hari is registered with the Series 7, Series 63, Series 3, Series 24 and Series 55 licenses in the United States.

Christopher Korzonkiewicz – Chief Administrative Officer

Christopher Korzonkiewicz is the Chief Administrative Officer at ACO Investment Group. Prior to December of 2013 when joining ACO, Mr. Korzonkiewicz was employed at TIG Advisors as a senior trader where he was responsible for the execution of equities, futures, derivatives, commodities, and foreign exchange. He collaborated and co-built a global centralized trading desk and co-designed portfolio software that was applied throughout the firm.

Previously, Mr. Korzonkiewicz had worked at the New York Mercantile Exchange trading energy products where he managed an alpha generation strategy in energy futures that exploited behavioral and structural imbalances within the market. From 2006 to 2008, he was a global equity trader for Cotton Hall Asset Management. During the firm’s inception, he established and managed the operations and back office. Prior to joining Cotton Hall Asset Management, he was employed by Tiedemann Investment Group which he joined in August 2000. He has vast experience in the global equity markets including arbitrage related deals.

Mr. Korzonkiewicz graduated from Hofstra University with an MBA in Finance and a B.S. in Accounting from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business. He played four years of Division I Lacrosse while attending the university. Additionally, he holds a Certificate in Financial Risk Management from New York University. Mr. Korzonkiewicz is a dual citizen of both the United States and Switzerland.

Wins Tunnitisupawong – Vice President

Wins Tunnitisupawong has joined ACO Investment Group a Vice President of Business Development for South East Asia and in addition as Director of Convalt Energy Thailand, a subsidiary of ACO’s portfolio company – Convalt Energy LLC. Wins will be focusing on the business growth and strategies of Convalt Energy within Southeast Asia. Prior to joining ACO Investment Group, Wins held multiple management roles within the energy and electrical distribution sectors with the most recent as General Manager of Rexel Thailand.

Initially starting his career through GE’s Commercial Leadership Program in 2002 he went on hold commercial and management positions at GE Industrial Systems, GE Energy, GE Supply and Rexel. Throughout his career Wins specialized in utilizing variable frequency drives, solar and LED lighting technologies to support utilities, architectural engineering firms, oil & gas companies and EPC companies, to maximize energy efficiency for their customers. Wins holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington in Seattle, U.S.A and an MBA in International Business from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Tord Thott – Business Development, Global

Tord Thott is focused on global Business Development at ACO Investment Group. Tord graduated from Sunds Sigma Collage of Technology (2007) with a focus on Project Management and Project Technology. Tord later graduated from Lund University (LU-2011) with a degree from the International Society of Intermedial Studies (former Nordic Society for Intermedial Studies).

Mr. Thott owns a digital strategy and identity firm, Corfitz Media, which is based out of Stockholm and focuses on communication strategies such as brand development, digital concepts, digital communication, digital campaigns and intranets serving clients such as the International Chamber of Commerce and Nordic Choice Hotels.

In 2008, Mr. Thott founded Symbioz SE, an independent firm which offered technical solutions for the needs of small to medium sized companies, identifying and profiling technology installations.

Jarmo Lähteenmäki – Legal Counsel & Senior Advisor

Jarmo Lähteenmäki works with ACO Investment Group as legal counsel and is an advisor focused on business development in Scandinavia. He is the owner and the Executive Director of Law Office Jarmo Lähteenmäki Ltd, Helsinki, Finland.

Mr. Lähteenmäki has over 20 years of experience in Environment, Health and Safety regulation (EHS), industrial relations and human rights affairs. As an advisor he has a wide business network in Scandinavian countries especially in Norway. He has worked for five years in Brussels and acquired an in depth knowledge on EU law and EU institutions.

Thirumoorthy Ramachandran – Managing Director

Thirumoorthy is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the power sector in India who is also an renewable sector advisor for Larsen & Toubro, one of the largest infrastructure firms in India. He has sourced more than 15 solar transactions for his previous employer, Sterling & Wilson, a company owned by the Shapoorji Pallonji Group. He has developed an extensive network across India in the power sector and has delivered power solutions for corporate and government entities. He is the Head of Convalt Energy’s India operations beginning June 15, 2014.

K. M. Balasubramanium – Director, India Operations

Balasubramanium’s primary focus is on business development in the growing Indian market. His responsibilities include managing, identifying projects, building relationships and securing projects with local partners. He is also actively involved in sourcing transactions and obtaining the necessary permits and licenses. He has worked for Dodsal Limited, Punj Lloyd Ltd., Olex Pty, Australia and Gammon. His expertise spans across Energy & Power and Oil & Gas sectors.

Mushtaq Hasan – Business Development, India

Mushtaq is an advisor focused on business development in India. He has over 20 years of experience providing captive power needs to southern India. He leads a team focused on renewable energy and energy conservation. He strategizes with business in Southern India and is multilingual.

Mooketsi Montshwari – Business Development, Africa

Mooketsi is strategically located in Botswana with extensive real estate experience within Botswana. His main role is to identify and advise on appropriate opportunities in Botswana and Africa.
